  PAGES: 1 2 (<!–nextpage–>) How to display not only on bottom but on the top of the page too? Thank you.

  You require either a Premium upgrade or a Business Plan upgrade https://wordpress.com/pricing/ to edit the CSS on any site hosted by wordpress.com. Please read Note 2 below.

  Have you tried this simple tag <!--nextpage-->
  You can find WordPress.com info here: https://en.support.wordpress.com/nextpage/

  It can be styled and even add your own content near it like this:

  <p style="text-align:center;"><strong>Learn more about flour <a href="https://domainname.com/baking/4/">next page</a>...</strong>
  <strong> <!--nextpage--></strong></p>

  Oh, I see, I moved to fast past the “top of Page” question.
  I believe that the tag is baked into the functions to only show at the bottom of the page.
  Outside of editing the function (advanced), if your account type can add plugins (as mentioned @timethief) I would search plugins for

  nextpage

  and

  pagination

  . In there you will find plugins that can enhance the pagination feature.
