Page Loading Issues

Im sorry for the question and lack of intelligence involved in it, but it appears my admin, editing pages etc are not loading properly. For instance, instead of showing a tool bar, it all appears in a vertical scattered fashion, as if it hasn’t loaded properly. I’ve tried clearing cache, cookies, refreshing, updating programs and nothing has worked.
Any help would be appreciated. The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

Log out of wordpress, clear your browser cache and cookies, restart your browser and then give it another try.

Still no luck. Everything wordpress related is still not working. Did i make it clear what the issue is? i dont think i did.
Example: Toolbar should be something like:
Home Features News Support etc etc
but im getting
Home
Feautres
News
SupportNot detail in it, just plain text.

Sometimes a corrupted cookie or cache file can cause what you reported, so that is why clearing them is always the first suggestion. The vast majority of the time this will fix the issue.
Have you tried a different browser than the one you were using?
What browser and browser version were you using?
Could you test these links and let us know if you can access them? What you should see is test (CSS actually). If you get any errors, report them here.

Im currently using the latest firefox. Have tried on IE. Same result. Just tried on a different laptop, using mozilla, same problem. Could it be a local router related issue?

Are you by chance behind a company firewall, or one at home? Something between you and the wordpress servers is blocking needed CSS files.
Try rebooting your internet modem and see if that helps.
-
Im operating from home. Just rebooted modem and no luck. Any thoughts on how to adjust the firewall settings?
-
Do you have firewall software installed on your computer or just the standard windows firewall?

That shouldn’t be an issue then. This might be something at your ISP. Perhaps one of their invisible proxy servers is acting up. You might want to contact them and tell them what is happening.
The only other thing I can suggest is to do a complete shutdown of your system, wait a few minutes and then start it back up. That should clear and refresh the DNS cache which can also cause this to happen sometimes.

Staff will probably want to see a traceroute and you can find out how to do that here.

Try the trace route on the two base URLs that returned the errors.

Yeah okay thanks for your help. It might be worth mentioning wordpress did come good two days ago and was working fine, but reverted back to this issue.
