Notification Icon Not Working…???
-
So my notification icon won’t light up (go orange) anymore to alert me of my likes, follows, comments, etc, and it’s been happening for a couple of months now. I thought it would fix itself eventually, but I don’t see that happening any time soon.
I don’t know why. I haven’t changed any settings, let alone know how to, if any. I use google chrome, but have tried using IE and it still doesnt work. I’ve also cleared my cache, etc and it still doesn’t work.
Can anyone help please? Support Staff?

Hi there,
Just to confirm, you’re receiving new notifications but the notification icon doesn’t change its appearance at all when that happens? (It can take a little time after the page loads for the notification icon to change.)
