Not receiving login SMS

A few weeks ago (around the time I lost physical access to my recovery codes due to a 4 week minimum lockdown) WordPress log in text messages stopped arriving on my phone.
I’m in New Zealand on Vodafone.
My username is robweave.
I don’t have any of the “proofs” to reclaim my site but i do have a fully functioning phone!
Texts arrive from Xero, Zoho, Google, Microsoft and my mates.
Can we get this fixed or can I access my account another way?

Is this for your admin login on http://weavetogether.org.nz/?
That site is not hosted with us on WordPress.com, so we have no control over access to that site’s admin account and dashboard.
If you have 2FA enabled on that site, you’re using a plugin for that, and support for that plugin are the only people who will be able to help you in this case.
Based on the data we have for your site via the Jetpack plugin, that’s most likely WordPress Backup & Security Plugin – BlogVault

This seems much harder than it should be.
I am trying to sign into wordpress.com
Nothing more.
Please just help me do that.
I was required to share a site when I posted. I did not want to but what can I do..?

@fontalamh, you already have created an account. You do not need to create a site if you don’t want to.
