No response from support and billed twice

So my client forgot to renew their subscription is why I had to go in and do it.
Once done Jetpack wasn’t working and it was asking me to upgrade to Creator plan when I was already on creator so I clicked on buy again.
Now, I am paying for 2x Creator plans for one domain and I am not able to get anyone to help me since 3 days to get a refund. Should I call my credit card and ask them to cancel the charge? Or wait for Support?

In case you still need help with this, if both payments were made under this same account, you should see them both and be able to cancel one from your account>purchases page. https://wordpress.com/support/manage-purchases/
If you call your credit card company to cancel a charge, that may trigger a chargeback charge. https://wordpress.com/support/payment/chargebacks/
