next/previous page link not working properly

    I am using wordpress software and itheme in it. my website is http://www.sanjeevjaiswal.com
    i wrote more than 15 articles there and set to show 10 postings in a page but what is happening that its showing only latest 10 posts and after scrolling down to previous link again the same page is coming with same 10 latest articles. I am not able to see rest old 6 articles anyhow.
    what can be the probable problem at that next/previous links

    is there any plugin or do i have to change any codes?
