Hi, Im looking to use word press as an alternative to HTML text editors, however I cannot upload any themes due to the level of my account. What is the minimum account level needed in order to use custom themes ETC?

To be able to upload themes, you will need the Business plan. I’m curious how you intend to use WordPress “as an alternative to HTML text editors”.
