  How do I move my old word press blog info to a new word press blog? Do I have to move one thing at a time?

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  You can use the export/import functions. Go to the Tools -> Export page in your old blog and export all your data to a file. Then go to the Tools -> Import page on your new blog and import that file. All your data will now be in the new blog. This doesn’t import things like themes and widgets so you’ll have to set those up manually. More information about export/import can be found here:
