  Hi :) I have recently moved my site from wordpress.com to wordpress.org

  I’m not sure how to move the followers/subscribers across to wordpress.org! If anyone can help that would be great. Thank you :)

  You can transfer your WordPress.com Followers and email subscribers from your WordPress.com blog to your Jetpack site by following the instructions here:
  http://jetpack.me/support/subscription-migration-tool/
