My tagline won’t show up
-
I’ve added a tagline to my blog’s title by going into Options/General. But it doesn’t show up (I’m clicking “Update Options”).
Help?

No. My tagline is “A Life Unchronicled is a Life Half-Lived.” “Who is the Apostate,” is the About page.

I clearly see tour tagline on the Pressrow theme you have up now. In case you want to change later sulz is right, it’s a theme dependent feature and not all themes have tag lines. The features of each theme were defined by the original designer. Here’s a link to blog reviews that list all features and bugs for the different themes http://engtech.wordpress.com/tools/wordpress/wordpress-theme-reviews/

Thanks, Timethief. Odd, I can’t see it. I don’t want to and don’t intend to change the theme. It’s odd that you can see it and I can’t though. But whatever.
Thanks for the response.

I see Who is the Apostate? And what did she apostatize from? in both Firefox and IE.
Strange.

Pressrow does not show the tagline.
I suggest to people using such themes that they use a text widget and write their tagline inside that then place it at the top of the sidebar. -
I see what through me off. The blogger has a page with a title identical to the tagline she was trying to create on the theme. I was looking at the page title and thinking it was a tagline.

I was thinking the text widget idea as well.
What’s strange is that folks were seeing the About Page link and assumed that it was the tagline and not thinking it was a page. Maybe that’s a down side of that theme.
