  Hello

  I would like to buy one theme for the creation of 12 multisite “sub-directory” sites…
  ex: http://www.myFirm.com
  http://www.myFirm.com/paris
  http://www.myFirm.com/newyork
  http://www.myFirm.com/bruxelles
  by buying this theme can I use it for my 12 sites or do I have to buy 12x the license?

  WordPress.com is itself a multisite network, so it is not possible to host your own multisite with us. Based on what you are describing, it appears you’re in the wrong forum. Your site is using the open-source WordPress.org software and you need to seek help at these forums:
