Membership site

    Hi,
    I want to create a site where it has a membership system. These members can access more areas on the site than others that have not yet paid to be a member. But I also want the members to be able to post ‘ads’ similar to the site Pre Loved where to post an ad or to contact someone about an ad you need to have signed up to the site.
    The members would also be paying a monthly fee. What are the best plug-ins to use where I can get my site running like this?
    If anyone knows a way about this I would love to hear!
