  I know the limitation of custom plug-in.
  for opening of community site
  I bought ‘Business membership’
  but I cannot find standard plug-in or control tap about the member management, (join, control of the authority, and ETC) on my site.

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  It’s not possible to to add any plugins on WordPress.com. A Business plan does not change this. We have no way to create membership-only sites on WordPress.com. The closest you can get to that is to set your site to private. Then you can invite the people who must have access under My Site ->People, but they will need to have their own WordPress.com accounts in order to accept your invitation and access the site.
