I don’t know where you can leave recommendations to features that would be nice to see in WordPress, so I will type it here. It would be great if any images in your library would show if it’s being used or not in your site. When a site gets big, it’s hard to know if an image is being used somewhere. I know what a unattached file is, but that really doesn’t help to show if it’s actually being used. This would help to limit space being used on the server, upload times, and in creating back ups of your site.

As one tip in the meantime, if there’s an image you’re not sure about, you can copy its URL and search your posts and pages for that. Just note that won’t work if you’ve embedded it in widgets or are using it in your header.
