  I bought a domain and want to use wordpress as backend. If I pay for $13 for mapping , Can I use plug-ins?

  Plugins can’t be installed on a WordPress.com site, but a lot of plug-in functionality is already built in: http://en.support.wordpress.com/plugins/

  If you really need the plugin, consider moving to a self-hosted installation of WordPress. In addition to the domain you’ve already bought, you’ll need to buy hosting and set up your site using the free software from WordPress.org: https://wordpress.org/
