  Does WordPress.com or the downloaded scripts WordPress.org allow for the manual ordering of Blogroll links?

  Here’s why I ask:

  Some of my blogroll links are called by the name of the author, for example, (not a real link): John Doe. However, I would like that link to be included in the “Ds” but appear as “John Doe,” not “Doe, John”. But I see no option in WordPress.com in that stead.
