Losts Stats …

    I made a clone of my site and then disconnected Jetpack from my WP account. I received a ‘token error’ disconnected and reconnected Jetpack with my account … now stats from 2019 aren’t showing. Please advise how I can fix this. Thanks.

    Site: (email visible only to moderators and staff)/_timfransen.
    WP.com: Unknown
    Jetpack: Yes
    Correct account: Yes

    Hi there!

    It looks like you have a lot of sites that are connected via Jetpack at the moment. It’s possible you connected to the clone site after disconnecting from the original site. To help us understand what’s happening, can you share the following?

    1. The full address of the original site where the stats were.
    2. The full address of the clone site.
    3. The full address of the current site where stats should be showing.

    Once you’ve shared the above information, we’ll dig deeper to troubleshoot.
