    Hi , we did not receive a notice to renew the domain perhaps because we have different staff now . The contact e-mail is: (email redacted) what should we do to renew? Thank you!

    Of what domain are you speaking?

    If you’re speaking of, that domain expired on 14 November 2019 and has already been removed from our system. It is currently in redemption with our registrar.

    It is still possible for me to recover the domain at this point, but our registrar charges a $80 fee to restore a domain from redemption, on top of the regular renewal fee. Let me know if you agree to that fee and I can get the recovery process started.

    We have less than two weeks left to still recover that domain, so the sooner we can start the recovery process, the better.
