Kubrick by Michael Heilemann Right column disappeared
-
I am using the basic template Kubrick by Michael Heilemann. When I opened up my blog today, all the links and About Me page etc that usually comes up in the RH column is blank. I didn’t do anything to it, just went to “My Favorites” and clicked on the bookmark. I’m beginner so if you know the answer, please type slowly and clearly . . . .
Thank you very much

Take a look through this:

I’m sure it’ll be one of the factors in those threads.

When I look at your source code, all I’m seeing in the sidebar section is one text widget with nothing in it. Go to appearance > widgets and drag the widgets that you want in the sidebar back into the sidebar. Look in the “inactive” widgets section at the bottom. The widgets you were using might actually be there.

By the way, when I checked your blog in the W3C XHTML validator, it came up with zero errors – which is unusual. Congratulations on that.

Thank you all! I think these suggestions will be enough to fix it. Today I went to the dentist, worked until 10pm, and watched MJ’s funeral. I think I’ll try this tomorrow when I’m fresh so I don’t make it worse. But thank you for the instructions. I think they will work.

Yes! totally fixed. I also found the text widget so I could put a copyright notice right on the blog page. I think the reason I have no programming errors is I just fill in the basic forms and leave the complicated stuff to others! Thank you for the help!
