Is it possible to embed canonical URL in my posts and pages?
-
Hi:
I am trying to find the method to use canonical URLs in my blog, something like that:
<link rel=”canonical” href=”http://xxx.yyy.com/zzz/”/>Is it possible? Every time when I am tried it, WordPress.com removed this TAG…

WordPress.com does not support 301 redirects or canonical URL tags.
If you require Canonical URL’s, you might be interested in a self-hosted (WordPress.org) installation. There are no restrictions if you setup a self-hosted WordPress.org blog instead of a WordPress.com blog, but there are some added responsibilities.
