  is it alright for me to upload a pdf on rapidshare or filefactory and give the link in my WP blog for my readers to download it?
  is that what hotlinking is? i’ve heard that’s not allowed. kindly enlighten me!

  Don’t do it. Any links to rapidshare are immediate red flags.
