  Dear Customer Support,

  We are about to make a payment for an annual subscription (4 $/month) and we would like to receive an official invoice for the payment as we are a school and some regulations require it. Would you polease tell me, if this is going to be possible? Thank you in advance.

  Hi Yordanka,

  we would like to receive an official invoice for the payment as we are a school and some regulations require it.

  We don’t provide invoices but you will have the option to view or email yourself a copy of the receipt, once the purchase is complete. The receipt will be available in your Billing History:
