Invalid activation key – Crowdsignal

    Hi there, hope someone can help. I’ve just signed up for Crowdsignal, and received an email with a button to activate my account. When I click this I get an ‘Invalid activation key’ message.

    I’ve paid for the Pro package and created a survey, but it won’t let me share it without the activation.

    The email and the error page have no ‘this doesn’t work’ type link to help, so hoping I can get advice here.

    I’ve sent an email with a manually generated activation link to the email address on your Account Settings page. Please click on that and reply there if you need more help.
