I’m sorry but WordPress.com doesn’t offer the option to import or refer to outside content like those examples do.
We are looking into the option of including more fonts from different providers in the future, but our current partnership is with Typekit and you can use selected fonts if you purchase the Custom Design upgrade. Here’s some information about the Custom Fonts part of that upgrade in case you’re interested:

There isn’t a timetable set at this time, but it is an active discussion. Sorry I can’t be more specific on that.
