If I buy a subscription with a domain name, will links to my site change?

Hi there,
if i buy a wordpress subscription that gives me a domain name, and other sites are linking to my blog, or to certain of my posts, will those links still work? Or will the addresses change?

Hi there,

If you upgrade your site and get a custom domain, those links you had will be redirected to a new link automatically which includes the new custom domain.

For example, if you get the domain of debtdummyblog.com with your upgrade, https://debtdummyblog.wordpress.com/2017/07/22/a-debt-dummy-update/ will be redirected to https://debtdummyblog.com/2017/07/22/a-debt-dummy-update/ automatically.
