I was charged for a site I don’t use
Hi, I use to own a restaurant, I was charged for a site I haven’t used in over a year, we had to close. The account was set up with a previous marketing person and they have my credit card on auto renew, I would like to have it canceled and refunded ASAP. How do I contact support?

I try to contact support and it just leads me to post a question on this public forum.

I have tried that link multiple times. Every time I put the transaction information, it says view receipt and below that, “still need help? contact us” when I click that it just refreshes the same page.

@upizzala could you check to see if you’ve got a browser extension blocking the contact form? I am guessing that is the case, but we’ll also email so you can send the transaction ID instead if you’d like.
Please note email is not as secure as the form, so you will not want to send your card info. Only the transaction ID. And do not post that here in our forums, for privacy reasons.
