Please , i upgraded my plan to buiseness and paid rs 9600 , but wordpress still showing free plan .

Your payment is still showing as pending on Netbanking’s end. Once it goes through with them, the plan will be activated on your site.
If it still hasn’t gone through by Monday, please let us know.

It looks like the payment didn’t go through. You’ll want to purchase the plan once again – in case of doubts, please contact your bank entity.

Yes I will purchase again , but when I get my money back in my account . My money is gone from my account and you are saying that you didn’t get the money and give you the amount again ? Why ?

Why do you think my bank will help me when payment reached Razorpay , Razorpay said payment was successful , than who ate my payment in the middle ? Is this your scam ? I’m trying to calm down but how can I ? this is your payment method and you are responsible if any wrong happens in the middle . You website convinced me about their secure payment method . Now you are supposed to help me out .

I got the refund today . I applied for a MasterCard and pay again using it . I want to know that when I reactivate my business plan , can I start from where I left my website ?

Your Business plan is still active and will be until February 15th – I set it up to expire in a month so that you have plenty of time to get your card and update the payment method :)
Once you have your card, you’ll want to go to https://wordpress.com/me/purchases/ and renew your plan.I hope that helps :)
