Hello!
You can find your WP Admin Dashboard by adding /wp-admin to the end of your site URL. There’s more information available here about this Dashboard: https://en.support.wordpress.com/dashboard/
To add users and authors to your site, you can add them via your My Sites menu: https://en.support.wordpress.com/adding-users/ To access your My Sites menu, log into WordPress.com and then click on the My Sites link on the top left hand side of your screen.

Hi.
adding /wp-admin to the end of my site doesn’t do anything. it just refreshes the same page.
more details:
I am on https://wordpress.com/stats/day/bethechangeconsulting.wordpress.com
then I paste like this
https://wordpress.com/stats/day/bethechangeconsulting.wordpress.com/wp-admin
and hit enter.
the page refreshed again to the original with no extra options
https://wordpress.com/stats/day/bethechangeconsulting.wordpress.comany ideas?

Hi there,
You’ll want to use this URL instead: https://bethechangeconsulting.wordpress.com/wp-admin/
Let me know if that works!

ok. thanks. It works now. Although I did all this just to change the author for my blog so it will write my name, I was not able to.
Do you happen t know how to do that? -
Hey!
You can change your display name on your Personal Settings Dashboard: http://en.support.wordpress.com/change-your-username/#change-display-name-nickname
This will change the name displayed on both your posts and your comments.
If you’d like to change your username entirely, you can follow the steps here: http://en.support.wordpress.com/change-your-username/#change-username
