  I wanna
  Make a website
  For
  Uploading files like images,songs,videos..etc

  This uploading was done by users
  Who create a account with my website
  And
  The uploaded files was
  Visible on my site for downloading any user

  Then
  Pls suggeat me
  How to create

  And
  The best cms(content managing system) like WordPress,wix

  Which I want to use to create a site like above

  And what are the requirements
  And details pls help me

  If WordPress isn’t suitabke pls,suggest me another cms site

  WordPress.com doesn’t allow front end uploading.
