I am using the Rebalance theme & just need to ask a few questions, please?

    I have been trying to find out what the different posting formats are?

    Standard~ I think I am familiar with this one.
    Aside ~ Never used it, so I do not know.
    Image ~ Speaks for itself really, but not sure where it would show up on my page etc.
    Video ~ Speaks for itself
    Quote ~ I have never used it.
    Link ~ Never used it.

    I know it may take a little while, but I would appreciate a summary of what the different posting styles are, and how they will show up on my Blog / What the purpose of them is?

    I would really appreciate some help on this, please.
    Perhaps you know of a video that I could watch, so I can check it out myself.
