I am not getting confirmation emails to allow me to do things in my new account

I’m having problems with your account verification and set up emails.
I just set up a new account (because we were not receiving a reset email from another account and I’m in a very large rush to get some last minute content up online for an event) and I am not getting the email confirmation at (email visible only to moderators and staff) to edit my new account in any way (set up a password, add members, etc).
I did however, receive a payment receipt at the email i used to register, so you guys were able to take my money and send me a receipt, hence our email is indeed working.
So, can you PLEASE PLEASE figure out what’s going on? And yes, I’ve checked EVERY folder in my email account, including spam, promotions and social, and so have all the people on that are on that particular email distribution list. NONE of us are getting the account verification email to finalize setting up this new account (and also did not receive reset emails on the old account). So it HAS to be your system and it’s account recovery/setup email apparatus, since we received the payment receipt, so we KNOW our email is working.
I am on a serious deadline here, and i need this resolved IMMEDIATELY especially since i just shelled out a chunk of money.

Are you referring to a different account than the one mentioned here?
I checked this account, and it is currently active and running. You should be able to access your WordPress.com account and your site.

I have also checked all the emails sent to your address, and they were successfully delivered.
