HYMNCA Error when adding credit card

    We are getting this error when attempting to add a credit card to ‘Purchases’ and ‘Payment Method’ on wordpress.com. This occurred after getting error message AXLZNE and then RBLKLU when trying to complete a transaction/purchase a shipping label to fulfill an order. I’ve contacted support and am not getting answers so I went ahead and deleted our payment method, tried to re-add, and couldn’t because I got error message HYMNCA.

    Please advise how we can fix this problem.
