Hi,

I’ve bought a premium them (Efor) through Envato. How do I go about installing this as well as Plugins? Do I need to upgrade to a premium account to enable this?

You cannot install themes and plugins on the Free Plan. To do so you must upgrade to the Business Plan.

Hello Naia,
Yes, you need a Business plan in order to upload custom themes to your website as well as plugins, you can read more here: https://en.support.wordpress.com/themes/#uploading-a-custom-or-third-party-theme

However, It should be noted that with a Premium plan or higher you can access to lpremium themes for free, so you have this other option as well.
