  Hi, while you can’t truly block a follower of a public site, you can remove them from email / site followers:

  https://wordpress.com/support/followers/#how-to-remove-a-follower

  If you definitely want them to not see the site, I’d recommend making the site private and inviting only those individuals who should be able to view it. Let us know if you need help!
