  How do I add the tabs seen in the demo on the top/header. Are they a new page?

  Hi,

  That’s a custom menu. See the Custom Menus support page for instructions on how to create, add items to, and manage such a menu. The items in the menu link to existent pages on the demo, though they may also link to posts and other content types, both on the site and externally.
