How to access the robots.txt file?

  • This morning I got an error sent to me from Google Search Console by email that said:
    Submitted URL blocked by robots.txt

    Submitted URL marked ‘noindex’

I recently submitted the url of my sitemap on my site that is hosted and edited using wordpress.com (maciejduraj.com) and I have no idea how to fix this issue so I can get crawled, indexed and get more traffic. Any help with this? I think unless I have the plugin plan or something, I have no access to being edit this robots.txt file?

What is the specific URL that Google is reporting?
