How do you import content from another cms?

I just made an account on wordpress and I want to move my content and blog from http://www.pfpicmaker.com/blog which is hosted on https://ww.sanity.io to wordpress, but when importing content there are only a few options. So my content is now hosted on sanity and I want a less developer like platform, which wordpress is ideal for, but so far I haven’t been able to find a solution.

Is there a way to let wordpress handle it or do I have to manually solve this?
