Hello there,
There is no free means of removing the dates from the page and do note that every post URL does have the date embedded in it and that cannot be changed.
See here for details on purchasing the annually renewable Premium bundle http://store.wordpress.com/plans/premium/ that contains a custom design upgrade required for CSS editing:
Custom design – Frequently Asked Questions

http://en.support.wordpress.com/custom-design/custom-fonts/After you purchase the upgrade please use this link https://en.forums.wordpress.com/forum/css-customization#postform so you can copy and paste your text into a thread that will appear in the CSS Forum where you will get the help you need.

Though we cannot change permalink structure to exclude the embedded timestamps from post titles on WordPress.COM blogs the same can be done easily on WordPress.ORG software installs. For web hosting see htpp://wordpress.org/hosting/
We provide support here only for WordPress.COM hosted blogs. That site is not hosted by wordpress.COM and you are posting to the wrong support forum.
WordPress.COM and WordPress.ORG are completely separate and have different username accounts, logins, features, run different versions of some themes with the same names, and have separate support documentation and separate support forums. Read the differences here http://en.support.wordpress.com/com-vs-org/
If you don’t have a username account at WordPress.ORG click http://wordpress.org/support/ and register one on the top right hand corner of the page that opens, so you can post to the support forums there and get advice from those bloggers.
