How do I keep the sidebar on all posts?

When I direct people to any specific blog post on my blog, instead of the url for my blog, I want them to see the sidebar that appears when they go to the home page of my blog as well. How can I make that happen?

You cannot make a sidebar appear on any theme that’s coded not to display sidebar on posts when displayed on their own page.
