how do i download my images in the media sections

i just started creating a new blog, and have no idea what i am doing, i am following instructions on commission shortcuts, and it says to upload pdf and images, only my images did not upload, and i don’t know how to get your site to show it, i don’t even have the show button like my instructions tell me, my pdg have links with my clickbank and clicksure ids in them, and the ebooks have pictures on them, and your site shows no pictures, and i don’t know how to get the images on the media library set up, i see no separate files to download with the pdf so what should i do, cecile caouette, (email visible only to moderators and staff), not sure if email comes with wordpress yet so i gave my aol address for you to reply, how do i get that part added since i have no idea what i am doing, i look at my instructions and your screen does not say the same thing my instructions tell me to do, in my section it shows the files for images and yours doesn’t, so what do i do to get this uploaded with the pdf,

PDFs aren’t images and don’t display like images.
