I need help with the entire set up! I’m so confused how do I actually begin using this I need help! I already paid you guys but no one is helping me! I may have to get a complete refund and find some other company that will actually help me

To get started:
1. Go to your dashboard (stavroulamaria-kwsqe.wordpress.com/wp-admin)
2. Click Posts → Add New to write your first blog post
3. Go to Appearance → Editor to adjust your design
4. Under Settings → General, you can update your site title and description
If you’ve already paid for a plan and need account or billing support, you can contact WordPress.com’s official support team directly from your dashboard under Help. They’ll respond faster for plan-related issues.

Tell me what part feels confusing and we’ll tackle it step by step.

I’m not part of the official WordPress.com billing team, so I can’t process refunds directly. For refund requests, you’ll need to contact WordPress.com support through your account dashboard under Help, they handle billing issues there.

You can and must initiate a refund yourself – https://wordpress.com/support/manage-purchases/

I would also like to say you won’t find an easier system to set a blog than wordpress.com
