  I signed up so that I could post comments to profootballtalk. I’m now getting an email notification every time somebody else posts a comment. I don’t want all of these emails, but I can’t find this setting anywhere. I can’t even figure out how to cancel my account.

  To un-follow the comments on a specific post the email received will have a link at the bottom that says subscription options

  After the reader clicks the link they can find the post and hover their mouse over it and an un-follow link will appear.
