i am like really freaking out this i have been trying to cancel this account / free seven day trial and there is NO cancelation BOTTON. why not this is insane .wow i really need help. this is not the tpye of sight i needed. there is not even a phone number to contact this company . please someone anyone how do you cancel a free trial membership. i do not want to be charged for something i do NOT even use. Thank you for your time . sorry i am just really stressing about this i have been trying to cancel for almost Three hours now solid .

You can cancel trial upgrades under Store → My Upgrades in your dashboard at any time.

You must be logged in as Admin http://en.support.wordpress.com/user-roles/#administrator under the exact same username account that registered the blog to access the blog’s dashboard to access Store → My Upgrades and Store → Billing History.

You can confirm your billing history at > Dashboard > Store > Billing History and that’s where the transaction numbers are found.

I’ve bought my website yesterday, but I want to cancel it. This is really not what I need at the moment. I remember it saying that it can be cancelled within 24 hours of activation, but where should I go, or who should I talk to?

Provided you are logged in under the same username account that purchased the upgrades, you ought to be able to request a refund from your dashboard and disable auto renew there Dashboard > Store > My Upgrades

WordPress.com provides a 30-day refund on all upgrades except Domain Registrations, Domain Renewals, http://en.support.wordpress.com/domain-mapping/cancel-domain/ and Guided Transfers.

Note: It takes from 1 – 2 weeks for the refund to be received.

I never started a blog or a web page. I cannot find any store other than the one on the bottom of the WordPress home screen. What is it from step one to cancel my 7 day free trial. I cannot navigate this place to find anything to help me. Where do I go??

I never started a blog or a web page.

In order to purchase any upgrade at all two things have to happen:

(1) you have to register a .wordpress.com blog
(2) and you have to provide your financial information (billing information) so there’s some way to charge you.

I signed up for the 7 day free trial through a company called the empowerment network. I never started any blog or website. I found out it would cost about 10 times as much and I will not pay any of the shit I was not told about. It has nothing to do with this company, but I will never use any of the services it provides. So please tell me what a person who signed up for this service but has never used anything or started anything needs to do in order to delete it so no charges will be charged to me. Thank you for all the help you have tried to provide me with Timethief.

i never signed up for an up grade i do not use the services your company provides. i only agreed to the free trial and i no longer want your product i want all of it canceled completely. i do not need or want the services. i only need to know how to cancel my free trial so i do not get charged period. thank you for your help. if you do not know how to cancel this i need someone who does. i need to know how to cancel the gravatar account and the wordpress they are connected and i do not need or want any of it!!
