How can I transfer my site stats from wordpress.com to self hosted site?

I have migrated my posts from my wordpress.com free website to a self hosted wordpress.org site. But my jetpack stats did not transfer, is it possible to also migrate the stats?

My old url is mdlsvensson.wordpress.com
and my new url is mdlsvensson.com

Hi gemmacevans, thank you very much! As a followup question, is there any way to add functionality so that wordpress.com members can ‘like’ my posts on a self hosted site?

If you have post likes enabled they should be able to like it. Is there an example post you could link me to?

It’s enabled right now, but I can’t like my own post for example. There is a brief pop-up window which instantly disappears and nothing changes, as in, the post isn’t “liked”.

Thanks :) Have you tried the WordPress.org support forums? Your site is not on the WordPress.com service.
