Help with dotblog domains
-
If you are here with a question about .blog domains, please read this first:
1. If you registered a .blog domain during landrush or early application and haven’t heard from the folks at get.blog yet, or if you registered a domain on get.blog since yesterday and something is not working correctly, please email help @ get.blog as we’re not able to help you with those domains in this forum.
2. If you registered a .blog domain via My Site ->Domains and you need help with that domain, please create a new thread, add the “dotblog” and “modlook” tags, and remember to include the name of the domain you need help with. Then please be patient while waiting for us to answer.
Please note
- You may need to add a plan to your site under My Site ->Plans in order to register a .blog domain on WordPress.com. You can find instructions for adding a new domain here:
https://en.support.wordpress.com/register-domain/ - If you bought a .blog domain at get.blog or any other registrar, you may need a plan to map your domain to WordPress.com. You can find our domain mapping instructions here:
https://en.support.wordpress.com/map-existing-domain/
The exception in both cases is if you already have a plan or an existing domain on your site.
