HELP i cant recover my wordpress account, my google authenticator has been lost

HELP I cant recover my WordPress account, my google authenticator has been lost and so have the backup codes I don’t know what to do. I have submitted 27 account recovery forms in the last 2 weeks and provided proof of purchase, as well as proof that I have access to 2FA from my phone number. WordPress has not responded to any of them, I cannot access my account, I cannot get live chat support because I cannot log into my account, I’m very annoyed at how difficult this has been made by WordPress and I’m not sure what the solution is. if anyone can help that would be greatly appreciated. I have created a new account to send this message as there was no other way for me to contact anyone.

Instead of the code generated by your Authenticator, you must use one on the backup codes.

Hi there,
I’m sorry to hear about the difficulties you’ve been facing with account recovery.
To better assist you, could you please provide me with your WordPress.com username or the site address associated with the account? This will allow me to locate the account recovery form submissions you’ve sent and expedite the process to get this resolved as quickly as possible.

Hello,
The web address linked to the account I’m trying to recover is https://devicerepairguys.com.au/
Thanks for the speedy reply! -
I’m not able to locate any of those recovery form submissions. What’s the email address you used when submitting those forms?
Please note that it’s safe to share your email addresses it’ll only be visible to me and other staff members.

I’m submitting from:

no worries my email filters are OP -
Hello there,
Many thanks for that information.
We don’t have an email from that address. To check, where did you submit this form exactly?
Many thanks in advance.

Hey, I submitted account recovery at the web address below, I provided a transaction ID and a previous mobile authenticator code.
https://wordpress.com/wp-login.php?action=recovery
This was the only place I could find anything to do with account recovery on WordPress. -
Strange. I’m not seeing it. When you submitted using that form, did you get a message about recovering by email? If you did, it’ll say something along the lines of “if that didn’t work, submit the form again” and then it’ll go through… did you see anything like that?
You could also write into
passwordhelp@wordpress.com
and include the authentication info there (username, site, transaction ID for example.) If you do that, update us here and we’ll see if we can expedite it. -
Hello, I noticed that I never received any emails after submitting that form which is quite odd because the correct email address was supplied.
I have sent an email to passwordhelp@wordpress.com with the information i provided on the account recovery form.
Thanks. -
