    Good afternoon,

    I haven’t paid for my site so it has reverted to the free plan due to a billing issue on my end. Unfortunately I can no longer find my site for http://www.hjcrecruitment.co.uk which I paid a lot of money for. Can you please find my site and pull it back so I can make payment and get it back up and running.

    Hi Heidi –

    Your site reverted to a free address, hjcrecruitment.wordpress.com. In order to restore your site, you’ll need to purchase a new Creator plan for it here:

    https://wordpress.com/plans/hjcrecruitment.wordpress.com

    Once you’ve purchased the plan, you can re-add your domain connection for hjcrecruitment.co.uk, and restore the site from any available backups by going to Jetpack > Backups on the left sidebar menu in your dashboard.
