Header menu shows up blue and on the left, but not when I try to edit

    Every time I go to my site the menu I installed in the header shows up fully extended (as if I was hovering over every drop down option at once), and all the sub-menu items appear in blue. The menu also appears vertically aligned on the left, instead of centered and at the top of the page as I intended to format it. When I try to edit the menu with Elementor, it appears normally and all of the setting options that I chose remain exactly as I wanted them.

    I’ve done a lot of research on this, updated all plug-ins, and nothing has helped. Also, it shows up as this blue dropdown on many different computers with different users, so I don’t believe it has anything to do with my computer, history, cache, etc.
