When will I get a reply about my guided transfer?

    I bought a guided transfer about 2 days ago, received an email from one of your technicians after the purchase and i emailed them back the necessary info needed along with a question however i havent received an email back since.

    Is this a typical response time even for purchased guided transfers, i only ask because i thought response times would be quicker and i’m working towards a deadline and im keen to set a day for the site transfer.

    I hope im not too much of a bother and any help from you at all would be very much appreciated.

    We’ll get back to you in that earlier thread as soon as we can. The guided transfer response time can vary a bit depending on how busy things are but you should be hearing back from them quite soon.
