What is included in a Guided Transfer?

    I am contemplating purchasing the guided transfer upgrade, can someone answer some of my questions regarding this upgrade?

    My site is http://pillowchats.com

    1. Will they make sure that the site transfers as it currently looks and works? I have made some custom css changes to the template that I want to make sure will get carried over. Or do they just make sure that only the content is transferred?
    2. Once the site is transferred to wp.org, will I be able to put ads and google analystics onto the site with the current template? Is this included in the transfer package to make sure those features can be added? I understand if the happiness engineers won’t actually install those for me, but will it be possible to make those changes to the template I have now?
    3. If within the two weeks post transfer, I make some changes (cosmetically, new plugins, new theme, google analytic, etc.) and the site is messed up, will I still be provided support and if so, what kind of support?

    If you purchase the Guided Transfer for your WordPress.com site:

    1. We will transfer your content, your theme, your custom CSS settings, your widgets configuration. Basically, the new site will be identical to the previous one, with the exception of very few functionalities that are WordPress.com only at the moment.

    2. Yes, once transferred, you will be able to do anything you wish, as this will be your own site. We will assist you in adding these features.

    3. During the two weeks after the transfer, we will assist you, guide you, and fix stuff you break ;)

    Please note that this does not include restarting the transfer from scratch if you delete everything on your server.

    During the assistance period, please do not hesitate to ask for guidance before doing any heavy changes, the objective of this period is more to teach you how to use your site than to fix your mistakes.

    I suppose I should get the hosting with Dreamhost set up prior to upgrading to the Guided Transfer.
